Hi,
Does ffmpeg has support for some kind of non linear scaling, e.g.
scaling/steching the side of the picture more than the middle? (as some
TV-s do it to convert from 4:3 to 16:9 with the "intelligent scaling"
mode)?
If not, then any other open source sw?
What is the proper name for this kind of scaling by the way?
Thanks,
Marton
